The short version: nothing you type leaves your device, and there are no cookies to consent to.

The short version
TrueCalc Pro does not collect your personal data. There is no account, no cookie banner, no analytics service and no advertising network. Every calculation runs inside your own browser, and nothing you type is transmitted to us or to anyone else.
What happens to what you type
It stays on your device. When you enter a loan amount, a date of birth or a weight, that value is processed by JavaScript running on your own computer or phone. There is no network request carrying it, no server-side logging, and no database holding it. This is a property of how the site is built, not a promise about how we behave.
What is stored in your browser
Three things are saved in your browser's local storage, purely so the site is pleasant to come back to:
- Your theme choice — dark or light, so it does not reset on every visit.
- Your currency preference — so the tip and loan calculators open the way you left them.
- Your last ten calculations and local usage counts — a summary line for each, used only to fill the History dialog on your own device.
Local storage is not a cookie. It is never sent to a server, it is not readable by other websites, and it does not follow you between devices or browsers. You can wipe all of it at any time with the button below, or by clearing site data in your browser settings.
Cookies
None are set. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Third parties
The site loads one external resource: the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which means Google's font servers see the request, as they would for any site using that font. Everything else — all CSS, all JavaScript, all icons — is served from this domain. There are no advertising scripts, no social media widgets, no tag managers, no session recorders and no A/B testing tools.
Server logs
The static host that serves these files keeps standard access logs, typically including IP address, timestamp and requested URL, and typically for a short retention period. That is ordinary web-server behaviour and is outside our control. It records that a page was fetched; it does not and cannot record anything you typed into a calculator.
Shared links
The Share button builds a link with your values encoded in the part after the #. Browsers never transmit that fragment to a server, so the values travel only inside the link itself. Do bear in mind that whoever receives the link can read those values, and that it may sit in their message history — worth a thought before sharing a salary or a loan amount.
Children
The site is suitable for general audiences and collects no personal information from anyone, including children. No age verification is needed because there is nothing to verify against.
Your rights
Regulations such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights of access, correction and erasure over personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to disclose, correct or delete. The data on your own device is entirely under your control and can be erased with the button above.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Any change that affected what is stored or transmitted would be stated plainly at the top of this page rather than buried in a paragraph.
